My download speeds are ALWAYS decreasing, for example, "They Hunger" started at 210 kb/s, went down at about 2-3 kb/s for a minute or so. Now it's at 97.1 kb/s, and still going down 0.1 kb/s CONSTANTLY. Something tells me this isn't normal. Thoughts?-Sock
