I played the beta. The matches are 6v6 while populated by NPCs. The battles feel larger than they actually are if that makes any since. Map size feels good and the movement and gunfire is quick and smooth. Think COD meets 2142? The beta was fun and nothing feels OP or overly weak. The beta was a server test.

It may not be you Dark the game is not well optimized and it's super laggy as it is... everyone is getting lag on some level.

None of the vehicles are a real threat to infantry. It makes them feel pointless.

I would rather the HVT be whoever the Commander decides it to be. Someone with a high kill count isn't always tide turner in battle. Whateves...

At first I thought the jets needed a buff, but after the unlocks they seem to be fine. The same may go for the tanks (regular rounds don't do much harm to infantry, but there is an unlock for that), but I still think helos are very vulnerable to fire from EVERYTHING. I feel as if they need a bit of speed maybe.

I was wondering how you all felt about class balance in the BETA. I have been primarily playing as support and have messed with assault and engineering only a small bit. I think each class has a specific role to fill based on the map, but I was wondering if it's where it should be - Considering you have to invest a large amount of time into one class to have most of it's functions. Basically, I am a little annoyed by the assault and recon class and due to the ammo count they generally carry I feel useless as a supply role. Support isn't very good at mobile engagements (the other classes can acquire targets faster) unless using the shotgun or one of the other all class weapons. Just wondering what you guys think. Am I just paranoid and/or just suck or is this an actual issue?
