Alot of scammers will make their sites have a similar name and almost identical look to it to fool people into doing this. What was the email they had you send the information too? Steam will NEVER ask you for your personal information (account name/number/cd keys).

Ya, Bad Company on PC would be fun It was fun on ps3/xbox, but I have a hard time playing multiplayer fps on consoles ever since I began playing them on PC. Hopefully BF3 will have the same 'destroy-everything' ability that Bad Company has but keeps the feel of BF2.

Since I've now got a new/clean installation of Windows on my new HD (old one died), I need to get my color profiles back, but I got them so long ago, I've forgotten where. Just got back from seeing it at an I-Max theater! I must say that I absolutely LOVED this movie. Much much much better than the 1st one (don't get me wrong, I liked the 1st one too). Ledger played an amazing Joker suited for this setting of the Batman world. What really got me was just how insane and psychotic he made the movie seem. He literally created chaos, destruction, and a feeling of unease every moment and I loved it. Stayed true and true to the Dark Knight comic series (as best as movies do and then some), but it was a sad reminder of his death during the ending credits (where everyone in the theater clapped for his name). It did seem long at moments, but even then, it just kept you wondering "oh hell, what is going to happen next?!", especially with how gruesome and brutal this film came to be (which made it fit in even better with the comic/setting). A++ movie! Go see it now!

Ok, that sounds like something with your blood pressure then. Though if it's affecting just one side of the head, that sounds like its affecting your trigeminal nerve almost (if its reaching to the front as well). I would go see a doctor soon though.

Do you have allergies? Also, do these headaches affect just 1 side of your head (not just the back, but the full left-side or right-side of your head front/back)? Do these headaches seem to occur at a certain time of day/night more than once? Last, are you getting them constantly for about a week and then no sign of them for awhile, then back again?

I'd have to say that I think its Diablo 3 as well. Ever since the Blizzard/Activision merger, I don't think they'd have any problem creating 3 games at once. The only other thing I can think of if it, for some chance, isn't Diablo 3 is that its just the release date revealed for WotLK

Just doodle or sketch. Even if you don't think you're any good at art in general, doodling is a great way to pass the time. Other than that I'd say to begin reading up on history History is always fascinating and never dull.

aw, thank you for the compilations Freefall I've been itching to find more RTS people. Currently Ragnarok and I have been playing: -Company of Heroes & Opposing Fronts -Supreme Commander -Civilization 4 I have tons of others, but I'll have to check into a few of the ones you listed that I don't have Thanks again!

I'm hoping they don't ruin it this time around :thumbsup: C&C3 had potential, but when they added the generic scrin, crappy unit usage, and didn't both to update any of the strategy element to fit today's typical rts style, it just sucked. Btw.....we need to start a thread and find out what RTS games people are playing

Ya, we both have it installed. I did a fresh install of bf2142 with the full patch and chappy did the incremental patch. I finally was able to get the Operation map-server to show up (can't remember new map's name), but either nobody was in it or something. The odd thing is with my game is that in the server listing (advanced server-search results) it says that the server has an amazingly high ping, but the version of it that is listed in my favs. (that i added to favs. once it came up) shows it has good ping. Anyways, hope to join you all soon.

Neither I or Chappy can get in :thumbsup: It gives both of us some sort of in-game error when we try to do a manual IP connect (won't show up in name listings). Chappy is also having a few problems with the game in general crashing I guess on one of the new maps...... I'll see if I can get him to post in here.

I got everything re-installed/updated and seems to be running well :thumbsup: only problem is I can't find our server(s).... I've tried doing a search for different words in their names but nothing comes up :/

I've been tinkering around with Chappy's avatar (grandfather cecil archie) to colorize it. It has been awhile since I've done photo restorations/colorizing, so please let me know of things to change and/or improvements! Also, I wanted to keep the grain/old style look in a bit as not to lose it's original detail/feel. man, what does everyone play these days? I've had to reformat my computer too many times, so I don't always have bf2142 up and going, but I hope that once FA:S comes out we can get the ol' clan playin together again. one thing I've been wondering is if it could be a possibility in the future to have seperate web-pages/sections of the clan for different games people play in (like how there are the separate skins for the site...). anyways, sorry i wasn't there for the meeting, finals weeks is coming up and this last month of class has been nothing but portfolio prep and reviews :cool:

It sucked to be Russian at the time, but thats what happens when you're leader is just as crazy if not crazier than Hitler himself. There are some other tactics that they employed, but some of them are still under research on whether or not they were true tactics or just used randomly by a select few. One instance is basically using civilians/women/children massed up as a means of getting explosives closer to the enemy.

I'm excited for this one, the original Red Alert was my prime-game. I used to make nurple maps like crazy for it (nurple = map that would change the way the game played and units allowed/money needed/power/etc....). I just hope EA doesn't screw up this franchise like they did with C&C3. Generals wasn't bad, but the online was near-fail. I can't wait to build my main-base on water and have a bear-cavalry

I was interested in it at first, but i think i may stick with WoW. I did some research on it (since I was a huge fan of the RTS games and tabletop) but there wasn't too much that grabbed me as being that much of a change from WoW except the universe(setting/realm/etc...) and name really. They do have a monthly fee which i think is about the same as WoW's current monthly fee ($15/month). Also, I was kinda hoping for a graphical improvement too (something else to help push people towards their game and away from warcraft), but it really looks like an old Half-life 1 mod. hopefully time will give it a change or bring something new to the table that will entice me.

Still waiting for the game that MADE The Armory what it is: Firearms. I never got a reply for my 'application' to test it, so I guess I'm still stuck waiting for the whenever-release. 'till then, I'm in a mixture of playings bits of everything. World of Warcraft, BF2142, DoD:S, DoD, CS:S, Firearms 3.0, C&C3, TF2, Red Orchestra, and Company of Heroes. Got chappy interested in CoH lately (he used to be a huge RTS fan with the old C&C's) so him, ragnarok, and I have been playing it online lately
