I was just curious what you guys want, or are hoping for this Christmas. I'm not talking Ferraris or anything like that. I'm asking about things that you want from people, those people who only have the means to get you stuff. Not extravagant stuff but realistic stuff, or things you have the means for, stuff that you want to buy for yourself but can't commit the cash too.

 

So let's have it, what do you want for Christmas?

I bought myself an Asus N50VN laptop for christmas, and tricked my company into buying me a Blackberry Storm.

well if i wanted something that i can't commit cash to is a computer that ran vista and games on it with at least 60 fps on the highest setting no matter what game. would that be realistic or impossible?

I want little big planet, motor storm pacific coast, ps3 controller, iTunes gift card ,spore creature pack, line rider unbound, pants and money

i alrdy got mine it was a lazy boy and i'll probly buy myself some games in jan when i get an extra paycheck

Well between the parents, the gf, and her family im getting:

Some headphones

Some speakers

A new mouse

and this Xtensor Hand thingy to help me fend off the carpal tunnel!

Yeah they make an SLi laptop that will do that but it's above $3k or more! But yes Virginia it does exist.

I want a cryogenically treated pocket knife.

A super duper computer case, (Pelican Case) to keep my computer dry.

And to be home for Christmas.

 

I don't think I'm too picky. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have a 60" Plasma tv, an Acura TSX, a computer monitor with a 120MHz refresh rate and two 4870x2 video cards with a new mobo and etc.... But I really just want to share the two days with my wife whom I love SO MUCH.

 

But who knows maybe that Ferrari from that sweepstakes that I never entered will show on my doorstep. Here's hoping. ;P

My family and I never get each other anything expensive. Example, a iTunes gift card for my sister and "Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 1 DVD" for my Dad. (he has never seen it)

 

But what I would really want for Christmas is for Virginia Tech to approve my change of major. That would take a lot of stress off this holiday season.

Well I already bought what I wanted last month during my works, associate appreciation week. That's the week where I can get 3 items for 20% off. So I got a new 1tb external HD, a 16 GB iPod touch and a bread maker.

 

And yesterday my boyfriend got me a car starter for as part of my xmas gifl, since he knows so many people in the right places, we got a great deal on it, the whole thing cost us $240 we went half and half on it. If someone else was to get what I got, it would've cost them more. So in a way it pays to know the right people in the right places

So needless to say I got something to keep me busy. The only problem is....I so suck at trying to use the controller.
