December 23, 20214 yr Ya know I am seriously getting tired of everything turning into a platform for ads. It should be obvious to everyone, including Ray Charles and Ronnie Milsap, that people do not want to be bombarded with ads. I've made it my mission to do my best not to do business with companies who shove ads down my throat in places that really shouldn't have ads and for those places where applicable I run ad blockers if possible. Im waiting for some smart cookie to come up with an ad blocker for the Amazon Fire YouTube app. I'll gladly give those guys cash money. When a streaming service that has a subscription cost pushes ads I really get torqued as that is an obvious double dip on their behalf. Yeah, I'm in full on grumpy mode this AM. Client calls up with a server down yesterday and is up in arms because I can't make it better then and there. Its hard to explain that YOU ignored the yellow drive light on the server and when the second drive failed you had no hot spare so your array failed. Oh lets not forget that they unplugged the backup device as well. FML Wish me luck.
December 23, 20214 yr Ha! In the middle of the article what do I get? A friggin ad from them asking if i want to sign up and subscribe. Sigh.
