WakeUpHate
I had this problem for my CS install, and I went searching for the solution and came across the Steam forums site. Found out that TONS of other people had the same exact problem as me, and one person had a solution. Just in case anyone else has this problem, I'll post the solution right here."What i did was Start steam and right click on "Counter-Strike", right click and go to properties. Now click "Delete Local Game Content...". Once its done with that double click on "Counter-Strike" again and it should download from content server."That worked for me. Maybe that'll help someone with the same problem.
