An interesting thing happened to me today. I did my first ta post. Was it met with heralds shouting from the mountain tops, did i recieve a pulitzer prize. No. It was locked. What did i do? Was it the foul use of language? No. Did i perhaps use a slang term or bash a clan member? No. I awoke a topic that had been wiped in the great ta forum wipe. I ta moderator (u know who u are) decided to lock for no particular reason. At least he didn't state one before he locked. I enjoy playing on the ta server and fine SOME members of ta to be upstanding individuals however i do notice things that distract me from the game.1. The lack of ta admins. Besides the elite 12 there is no one else. Yesterday i was playing on the ta server. Two members of a known clan came on. Both informed the currently playing that there where two cheaters that had been caught on their server who where on. Did the ta members who where alerted kick them? No. Both didn't have admin powers. So the players just had to suffer through blatant cheating. Both ta members got the won ids. Will the problem be addressed probably but we shall see.2. Swearing. Is it enforced through the filter? Yes. Is it enforced by ta members? No. By no means am i a prude, but as ky always says do or do not there is no try. 2 days ago i was playin on the armory server. Serveral players where cursing quite often not just ooops i died cursing but blatant cursing using slag words for gay people. The current ta members playing told me to get their won ids. Now if im not mistaken it is the ta's job to administer the server not mine. I am just a lowly serf it is your guy's job to enforce the rules. Either do it or don't. I don't care about the swearing im just tired of seein astericks if the filter is their enforce it if your not going to then get rid of it.I know and like some ta members. I believe they hold true to their clans original founding ideas. (you know who you are) I enjoy playing on this server. But lately i have found my ta experience to be unenjoyable and will now not instantly click on the armory server but will search for more fufiling game play. Sadly yours,Grr_Shadowstalker

I like your points! Very valid points. More TA members should get admin privileges, or all TA members should have the ability to kick a player or players for violating the rules. Giving us banning power would go too far and should be left up to senior counsel because banning is a delicate matter that should be handle with care. Limited admin powers should be suffice for all TA members so we can better enforce the rules on the server and make the server an enjoyable place to play when the Senior admins aren't there.

i got to agree with such extreme controverseal rules we need to enforce them and it is just too hard for 12 admins to do it 24/7

maybe some members should be recruited as admin-recruits and be given a trial period to enforce rules and be an admin. Or maybe admin powers should be given to people that show usually show up at different times of the day, when admins are usually not on or are infrequent.

Hey Shadowstalker,first off welcome to the forums I know when someone says some foul language I will say something, and most of the time they wil stop. If people don't stop what they are doing there isnt much non-admins can do. We get there WONID and give it to an admin. While they may not be ban/kicked at once, they will have a nice gift waiting for them when a admin takes care of them.well hope to see you on the server.
