Sorry for what I said in that "war crimes" post, it was uncalled for. I don't think I was thinking when I typed that, don't worry, I'm thinking now though, and clearly. Now onto something else to take attention off my dumminess... did anyone watch cnn last night from like 1am (est) and later and see the fight in Umm Qasr ? The marines were fighting some Iraqis in some little place and it was all live and such, it was really neat to see how they military does it's job out there, very slow and methodical. I watched it for 5 hours straight.Very interesting stuff.

This war gets more and more disheartening everyday. So much for the thoughts us, the Coalition, being immortal. :? Many troops have been lost and wounded this first 4 days.My heart goes out to them all and all of their families. And to those still in this fight, the best of luck you.Kick ass and come home safe. :D (edit: punctuation)

there has been 1 combat casuilites...and there's been about 16 or so accidental deathsI don't want to sound like an azzhole or a some dummie for this...but that's war...shiat happens

Today, about 15 soliders were reported to be killed from being ambushed when people say they are surrendering.12 are reported missing. And then that CPT who killed our own men because he was pissed (story in another thread)

whoever said FF deaths were already higher than GW 1 is very very wrong. WE lost at least a hundred to FF in GW one, as opposed to 2 right now. Besides news is just in 500+ iraqi KIA in last tw days, and thats not counting the first 3 days of the war (including shock and awe) so multiply that by about 2 or 3 and we get like 1500. 1500 for 20 or so aint bad. Further, our forces are farther along than the forces of the first GW. All in all our forces are kicking mountains of asses and have taken a ream of paper worth of names. the war is going extraordinary, take what the media says with a rock sized grain of salt. Further, dont even listen to the foreign media, completely disregard it. Morale is essential, and listening to lies wont help.
