It's somewhere... LoL! On a side note, anyone been keeping tabs on CoD: Modern Warfare 2? Looks like the game was made for TAC. Squad based combat with Clan and Squad rankings. Looking real nice. I loved our BF 2142 days, those were some fun times. I'll keep looking for my CD when I can. Itching to get back into combat. On another note, I've got me a pair of those from Rebel's sig. I see them every night. And I don't mean in the mirror...

BF2... Hmm... Gotta see if I can find my CD. No clue where I put it. LoL!

Hey guys. Long time no see. I'm back again. Looking to hook up with my TAC buddies again. So, what's everyone been playing? I noticed Steam has CoD World at War for half off this weekend. Tempted to pick it up. Hopefully I'll be able to join up and get some gaming going on again.
  4. Yeah, there's no LAN. Flagship decided against it. I can't remember the reasons why... You can either play Singleplayer or go online for Multiplayer. Multiplayer is free but you can pay $10 US a month for additional multiplayer perks.
  5. Evoker is probably the toughest character to level. I've heard that it's like the standard RPG mage class. Weak at first but gets powerful later on.
  6. Just got the lifetime subscriber setup last night, I'll be creating a guild today when I get a chance. Need to come up with a name. I was thinking "Black Company" based off the book series. I plan on sticking with this game for quite some time. I've got a stockpile of All Hallow's Visage helms and Zombot parts. Heh. Got some nice Uniques and Legendary gear too. The really need to change the buddy list to be like Mythos, their other game. It is based off account. It doesn't show you the account name, just the original name that you added to your buddy list, then it shows you their current logged in character name and that character's level. It is so much easier than HGL's current buddy system. Anyways, look me up. I'm either on Hawke or Wolfe, I should be on for most of the afternoon today.
  7. Don't trust the demo, there's a lot of stuff they had to leave out of it in order to make it small enough to download. It doesn't have DX10 features and it's very limited in content. Not to mention it doesn't have the latest fixes and features. It shows you how the game will play, but don't base the game off the demo's content.
  8. Yep, you can either solo the game or group up. Mobs scale depending on how many people there are. Eventually, they plan on adding raid style content (instances that need more than 1 or 2 people) for subscribers.
  9. Sorry, had to bump this. Also, I plan on being a subscriber and I'll be looking at creating a guild. Not sure what name I'll use. That way, anyone that is looking at playing HGL and wants a group to hang with will have an option. It won't be anything hardcore, just a guild of gamers that are wanting to group together.
  10. I've got 3 going atm. I'll be playing all weekend. Look me up or send me a tell on Xfire so we can maybe hook up in game. Both Darxan and I are spending our time there. Characters: Hawke - Marksman Lockheart - Blademaster Wolfe - Summoner [EDIT] I have a private Vent server that I use for gaming with buddies. Any of you are welcomed to join. I'd use TAC's Vent but I have buddies who aren't in the clan that play other games with me and it's the only way we can chat. Send me a PM in-game or through Xfire if you want the Vent info.
  11. Nope, it's a code for Hellgate:London to get a PC Gamer pet. They took the Coconut Monkey and create a Hellgate pet from it. You can only get the pet by using a code in the PC Gamer Dec issue.
  12. Dunno if this is the right place or even if it's appropriate to ask, but here goes. I was wondering if anyone has the current PC Gamer December issue and do not plan on purchasing Hellgate: London. If you do and don't, then I'd like to get the code in that issue. I'm looking for 2 codes and they can be found either on page 94 or 96 I believe. You can PM me the codes and I would be very grateful. Yeah, I know it's kinda cheap, but why let the codes go to waste, eh?
  13. Both Darxan and I haven't been in it for awhile. We're also in Mythos Beta. If you want the spiritual successor to Diablo, it's definitely Mythos. The lastest content patch has brought the spirit of Diablo into the game and it's become a lot more fun. http://www.mythos.com
  14. BTW, these Gamespot Tabula Rasa beta accounts are limited time accounts. Mine expired a few days ago and when I got my Fileplanet one (which is probably limited too) it won't let me assign the key to my existing account. So I guess it's goodbye level 30 characters... Who came up with this stupid idea of limited beta accounts?!
  15. Even though we're still under the NDA, I'm gonna tell you that the game is so much fun that it downright rocks. My brother has been playing since Alpha and now we're finally getting to try it together. I've had a lot of fun, even with the few bugs that are in the game. FSS has been real good about getting bugs fixed as soon as possible. The CR's are awesome, especially Tiggs. She's constantly giving the community feedback as soon as she gets it. I can't give you details, but if you like the Diablo series, HG:L shouldn't let you down and will live up to the expectation. Just don't expect it to be Diablo 3. It has its own flavor and style but was created with the Diablo atmosphere in mind.
