    I was having problems with my patch too, so here's what I did. Step 1: reinstall game, Step 2: get old 1.25 patch and 1.40, BUT DO NOT PATCH THEM YET. Step 3: patch the 1.25 (after done patching, DONT PLAY GAME) then patch the 1.40 patch and play game. Hope that works for Yall.

    It still says I have a newer version, then when I start the game it says there is a patch available.

    I am trying to get the Highway Tampa patch, but every time I install it and start the game, a window pops up that says a patch is available at EA Link. I click the button and it brings me to EA Store. I am out of ideas guys, please help. :D
