Hello, I seem to be having trouble getting into the new roster and allthe senior cousel tells me to goto the JOIN US link but nobody evergets back to me on my application and Gator never replies when I attemptto get ahold of him.Now The Armory is an excellent clan and has a somewhat of a monopolysince all the other clans seem like a rogue group of people and their 10theives. I would really like to get back in. Sidearms in FA are pretty useless. They don't play much of a rolein FA. The Desert Eagle has some practical use since it has some fire power but its also expensive. I've tried to go Sidearms and it would beeasier to use a submachine gun then pump about 6 clips into a guys chest.

Actually a pixel may be very effective.It doesnt take up much space and gets to the point.No need for fancy stuff.

You know.. Its such a shame they never "completed" the Red Faction II enginewith modding and multiplayer. That engine is beautiful and runs on such a slow system!Oh well.

Actually I think BF1942 would be sufficient for the Terrain and Protoss.As for the Zerg.. ugh..UT2003 (or upcoming 2004) is beyond my $$$. I can't affort $60 plus $600 to build the computer to run it at the moment.

Well I am going to try to for the second (or third?) time going totry to or think about starting a mod but this time with the BF1942 engine and I am havinga hard time deciding which universe to base it on.Alien Vs. Predator or StarCraft?I am thinking that StarCraft may be somewhat difficult seeing as howthe Zerg isnt vehicle but rather more class based.The problem with the Alien universe is how hard is it going to be to getAliens to climb walls and stuff?The Aliens would have no vehicles and the Predators would have a couplelike a hover vehicle, dropship and the Marines would have an APC, Dropship/Attackship etc..Although BF1942 only handles 2 armys (Unless it can be modified) at a time so one race might have to be dropped either way.

Recently I was riding my bike on a road I had never ridden before andI came around a corner that was as I found out practically a downhill U-Turn with a dropoff and as I was going downwhen I relised I was going to fast I applied the brakes and the bike hit some gravel and went out of control. I wentover the dropoff but thankfully didnt get beat up in the trees because I slowed down on the edge of the hill itselfand hit a rock. Well thankfully I can walk & run fully again after getting a really bad scrape on my arm and right leg.But anyhow when I finally managed to get back up the hill and get home (I lived not to far from where I crashed)I noticed that half my pedal (right) got chewed up and now I have to replace it. I have an older Mongoose with similarpedals that I can use on the damaged bike which is a Quasar Catapult (very nice bike). I have only one problem.How do I get the dustcap off? (The little plastic cap that covers the inside of the pedal) and another thing. They sayI should greese the pedals & threads before I put them on. What exactly is greese? Oil, old oil etc..? Thanks

Steam ran great for me the first time as well but as time went on it got well...slower.. slower.. slower.. slower... yadda.My ping was in the 60's now its like 150-200. Steam when it pings the server I get likea 2k ping!
