Damn, it's nigh impossible to join that server. At any hour!!! I tried at 1 through 5 am (CET) and then again at 10 through 13 (CET). It's like there's a black hole that engulfs and devours anyone joining the server or even coming close and never letting anyone out of its grasp ;P Did join once, though. And it was really cool to play with some of you again (props to Gator, Laughing Fat Man, Killer From Away, Defcon and probably somone else) and for the first time with the rest (props to both the bevans, Decaff, danbaron and the very, unmistakenly irritating LMG toting harbringer of doom - DingChavez ). Thanks for the fun. Will come back again, and again (probably tonight even)... even though I've got 120-150 ping on your servers

This may be a very stupid question and the anwser may be very obvious, but - is The Armory going to have a BC2 server up, when it starts officially? I was just hoping there'd be one place, one favourite server that I'd always log on to play on (as it were with Firearms). So I'm just making sure I'm good with my "good freindly server with cool people" hookup

Meh about the general nerditude: 49% scored higher (more nerdy), 1% scored the same, and 50% scored lower (less nerdy). What does this mean? Your nerdiness is: Somewhat nerdy. I mean face it, you are nerdier than about half the test takers. But in the "specific nerd group" test I was really dismayed by the question: "Was the last naked thing you saw on the computer screen?" as it only had one possible anwser - "Er, yeah...". Which I had to mark, and which was untrue, dammit For Science/Math: 75% scored higher, 4% scored the same, and 21% scored lower. For Computers/Technology: 57% scored higher, 4% scored the same, and 39% scored lower. For Sci-Fi/Comic: 15% scored higher, 2% scored the same, and 83% scored lower. For History/Literature: 47% scored higher, 5% scored the same, and 48% scored lower. For Dumb/Dork/Awkwardness: 17% scored higher, 8% scored the same, and 75% scored lower. So I guess I'm a comic/Sci-Fi dork, somewhat savvy in the ways of computers and the internet and history/literature. And I'm what, not really that much of a dork afterall?

Hey, Some of you might remember me, or (if not me in person) at least our clan [TK421]. We were very active FireArms players a long long time ago (I browsed through my forum history - it seems I last posted by the end of 2004!) and I hope we left at least a trace of memory in some of you (Kywalker probably more than anyone else ;P ). Well, I recently stumbled across a lot of BC2 material, kinda liked it, then kinda liked it a lot more. Started finding more, and somehow ended up here. Yesterday I got a beta key and played my first ever Battlefield game. Ever, yes. Though I felt as though I somehow knew the game which was probably due to it reminding me a lot of Enemy Territory (and QuakeWars: ET). I liked it, I'm probably going to enjoy it a lot and will get my brother to "join the ranks" as well (some of you probably remember Bane). We've been looking for a good and climatic online shooter for years now (since your FA server went down), and maybe BC2 will be what we actually needed and longed for. We also remember all the fun we had with you guys in FA, so where better to start playing again than here. So, after this long and mostly pointless rant, I just wanted to say two things: - I'm back - I'll probably be seeing you lot in BC2 in just a little while Cheers.
