After having to put up with the crap storm of getting vanilla BF2 working again, I seriously do not want to put up with installing another EA product for a good long time. That and I have been having major problems with money due to being laid off in March of this year. I did have another job between then and now, but I had to quit because College conflicted with their schedule Anyways, It's been a rough time for me, but it's good to reconnect with you guys.

While I'm glad that you guys like my old one, it is just that: OLD. Well, It's good to see that people still remember me :thumbsup: Anyways, it's a bummer that you guys don't have a vanilla server of your own, but oh well. Least I still have the opportunity to see some guys on that other server. Or maybe not, I'm having the same problem that whitenine is, with the CD is not valid error. It's been a looong time since I've drifted away, what with shutting down your CSS server and loosing my BF2 CD key (Which I just found :thumbsup: ). Since I've reinstalled BF2, it would be nice to actually play with you guys again. So then, assuming I find it, I'll be seeing you guys on the server.

I know I fly with the mouse settings on default and it works fine for me. Sure it's not responsive enough to do loop the loops (very well at least), but it gets the job done.

Did you manage to get your basic yet? If you find it difficult to get on a 10 person game in a large server, try finding a 16 slot server with 6 people in it. There's even less people trying to shoot you down. I somehow managed to get my basic in one looong flight in a bomber with one really persistant bugger of a fighter on my tail most of the time who couldn't quite shoot me down. And I managed it with only a mouse and keyboard, but I had practiced before that in single player dogfighting with bots for a while beforehand.

I've had the problem a couple of times too, but have any of you had an enemy show up as a teammate? That's happened to me twice on your server.

argh, this isn't helping So far it's split half and half. Either they're both equally awsome or equally craptacular
