not sure how many times I have been temp-banned, but what usually happens is I get demoted from a gun to a pistol, to light armor, to knife, and then am banned without warning at that point.

for sv_download url, you point it to the BASE game directory then build the folder structure off of that. so sv_downloadurl = "http://www.myclan.com/fastdownload" then in your web directory, if www.myclan.com is root: fastdownload/maps fastdownload/models fastdownload/sounds and so on. i think you get the idea. to better answer your question though you only need to upload the files that the client does not have and you want them to be able to download quickly. so you don't need to upload say, firearms.wad, because every client already has that file. but you DO want to upload all unique MODELS, SOUNDS, and .tga backround and other files for each map because otherwise the client will request them from the server and be stuck with the 5k/s download. often i see servers that have fast download enabled, but the server op forgot to upload some of the large sound files.. which may take 5 minutes to download or so normally, so its useless.
