Understood,thx. It wasn't so much the guy insulting me, but why he was insulting me that got me so hot. I was the commander and I hit with arty twice because he was camping at one of the flags so I figured Id clear him out. He didnt take it well.

I was on your spec ops server the other night and I started having an argument with another player and I was told to calm down by a tac member. Basically the guy was calling me a "****" for hitting him with arty. Anyways I just wanted to apologize to you guys for doing that on your server. My NY short temper got the best of me. P.S. Me and Daffy are attempting to put together a bf2 team. Maybe if we pull it off we can have a friendly scrimm. Take care guys

I am considering letting my 10 year old son play bf2 online. I only allow him to play offline, but hes been wanting to play online for some time now. The Armory server is probably the only place I will allow him to play because from what I know you have good admin team and child friendly rules in place. I understand he might see a curse or 2 once in a while, I just want him to have a place to enjoy bf2 and not be harrassed. Im not sure of your rules but could you update me on them? Thanks

Nice post Mister D. I didnt bring this up to have a whine fest, I was just curious what everyones feeling on this was. And if you look at the link to the ea forums there are a LOT of people complaining about it so hopefully ea will take notice. BUt on a good note I did realize that the DOA-12 and grenade launchers do wonders against that kind of stuff. I was just playing last night and I came around a corner and this guy prones and unloads a full clip, barely hits me. Then he starts jumping-proning like in the video. He looked like he was having an epileptic fit. Anyways I let him do it for a few seconds as I just stood there then I unloaded a few shots of the DAO-12 and it was nighty night bunny boy. :o

I have it and I recommend it. It comes with a gaming keyset and a regular one. Swapping them out is very easy. The keysets for certain games are great, I have the bf2 one, but they are not neccessary at all. The generic gaming keyset works for all games.

Unlocked the g3. I usually play anti-tank so I really should have unlocked that category but the g3 just gave me that warm "FA" kind of feeling. Has great take down power. Single shot on it is very accurate.

Im confused, do you have to be on a ranked server to unlock weapons?? Cause honestly I could care less about rank, i just want to unlock all the alternate weapons.

Comes with a standard keyset and a gaming one.

Ive had one for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it. And typing is no big deal. Whenever I need to type something I just put the regular keyset in. I know it seems like a lot but its not a big deal at all. It takes 2 seconds to swap out keysets. No restart or anything needed. This thing makes games so much easier to play.

Thanks a lot for the link. Damn all you Lance Corporals. I was all giddy when I made Private First Class. Now I see all these Lance Corporals. Damn I guess I need to play a lot more. Its just the ranked servers can be so damn laggy its unbearable.

update: EA has all thier US servers up and running. Needless to say there arent many people on them yet. I did find one that had about 29 people on it and played. Those maps are even better with 32 players . Most of the servers are euro right. Im pretty sure its was released there already. I have a 6800gt for vid and an audigy2 sound card. I had the game with all settings maxed and it only lagged a tad while I was flying. Regular in game didnt stutter once. The game ran pretty fluid for me and the ai is actually impressive on veteran. I tried flying against the ai pilot and he constantly blew me out of the sky. And yeah Karkand is going to be a favorite map of a lot of people. Its heavy duty urban warfare. People are going to love that one. When will TAC have thier full version server up?? I havent gone online with it yet but I will tuesday morning. EA will probably have thier servers up by tonight so maybe Ill be bold.

Some places in LI and Manhattan got it today and some will get it tommorrow. As was with Doom 3 a lot of places got it early but were not allowed to release it and if you called they would tell you they didnt recieve it yet. I think it was Best Buy that got in trouble for putting a ton of copies of Doom 3 on the shelf like 3 days before they were "supposed" to have it. EBGames and Gamestop should have it either already or by tommorrow night. I have no idea about the rest of the country. It might be different where you are. I wouldnt bet on Best Buy, after they screwed up with Doom 3 Im betting they wont be getting it early although I may be wrong. If you know someone who works there give them a shout and see, I may be wrong.

And as far as warez goes I only use it for other stuff. I refuse to pay for something that only lasts me 2 minutes.

My copy is perfectly legit. I was just tryin to be nice. Sorry I did. Have a good day. And just so you know, quite a few places have it already but are not allowed to release it for obvious reasons. I know how rediculous it would sound that I had someone who worked in a place where I preordered my copy, give me my copy early, then just have me come back the day of its release so he can run my reciept through the register. I know how far fetched that sounds so it must be warez.
