Yeah I've beat it. And it does seem they are starting to tie together what happened in Half life to half life 2 too.

The part where the scientist tells Gordon that he will forgive him for the microwave incident was pretty good. If anyone didn't get it, you could blow up things in a microwave in a lab in HL1.
