Ok, for Call of duty 4 should i buy it on steam or retail version. Is there any difference to them? Which would you all perfer?

thru steam you don't get a disk but your account is saves through steam like ea downloader.

retail you get a disk.

You don't need a disk to play with the retail version, so it's your choice.

Id say get the Retail cause if steam decides to crap out in the middle of your DL then you have to start all over again.

id say buy it off of ebay thats the only way its worth it lol:D

a lot of people are having problems with the steam version on cod4. you may want to save yourself the headache and buy the retail at the store.

I say buy it on steam so theres no possibility of:

Scratched CD

Lost CD

Friends cant "borrow" the game

or Lost your cd key
