So my wireless internet reception at my house has been poor for a while, but since I didnt have to deal with it much, being at college most of the time, I didnt really take the time to tweak it. But since I am home for the summer, I cant stand it being so horrible. I have an external USB wireless adapter thing, so I can move it around, and various positions have been successful from time to time, but I never found anything reliable. So I looked into it today, and saw on wikihow that you can put a CD or mirror behind the antenna to reflect the signal back... so I said, oh, what the hell, I'll try that.

Lo and behold, my goes from 0-1 bar, about 1 - 5.5 Mbps, to 2 bars, 11 - 24 mbps, just like that. And it actually holds the signal now!

Such a ghetto setup, check it out...
