Dont worry Joe this has no ties to SRT nor is it a recruitment ad. Just trying see if the people who are playing warhammer here, that I consider friends, a chance to play on the same server. Some of the old SRT guys do not even play on that server. I am smarter than that Joe. I wouldnt give you guys a real reason to ban me.

 

@ Mec I am thinking about rolling an alt on your server. I will PST you as soon as I get it made. I just want to get back to gaming. This forum stuff gets a little old.

I despise EA. So I'm gonna see how the game plays for her before I lay any money down for myself.

That is true in most games, but I think with an MMO you have an edge being max level first IF you think the game is going to last. I think this game will be as big as WoW or very close to it. It still has some bugs to be worked out but it is pretty solid. I would caution that you want a fairly strong computer at least to run it on the highest settings.

We are doing pretty good. I am not so sure I want to run a guild I got out of the SC here because I didnt want to deal with a lot of people and making policies on issues.

 

As for the guild we are almost to rank 9 and as of last night had 91 members.

State are you still playin Warhammer or back to wow? Where's your guild I may change mine. They're kinda getting lame.

It's broken up by 4 Tiers. The maximum level attainable is 40. The levels in which you can enter a tier and fight is

 

T1 - 1 to 11

 

T2 - 8 to 21

 

T3 - 18 to 31

 

T4 - 28 to 40

 

Whenever you enter an RvR battlezone, your combat abilities and hitpoints are adusted up to rank 8, 18, 28, or 38 depending on the tier. You do not gain any new abilities and your equipment still comes into play. This allows a lowbie to enter a tier and contribute as long as they stick with the team.

 

So what happens if you enter a tier lower than you? You get what's called the "Coward's Reward" debuff. All you combat skills are disabled except for autoattack, all you equipment get's disabled, lose all but a handful of your hitpoints, and you get turned into a chicken! (absolutely hilarious!) You can still run around as a chicken, pecking people for 1 hp an attack. Some guilds have had "chicken night" where they invade a lower level zone and attempt to kill single players with a flock of chickens. It's pretty funny to watch.

 

And yes, I did get the game. LOL Got my my Witch Hunter to Tier 4.

FYI in T4 it bolsters you to 36, not 38.

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your post. I have had a lot of RL stuff going on. Getting the big D...moving out ect. I am now an acting supervisor for our special ops for the northern half of my state. Basically I turned my guild over to someone that was helping me run it and I am not even sure if he is still playing. I have not played a computer game in about 2 months. Just before I stopped playing I had rolled an order character on another server with a "friend" of mine. Now that I am not playing she also suspended her account.

 

When I get all my RL stuff back in order I will most likely be back on. I did not go back to WoW nor do I know if I ever will.

Not a problem about the guild. I joined Madness on Sylvania. They're pretty organized I've also maxed out at level 40 so I'll be probably back to FPS a bit more again. Warhammer is a fun time though. I still recommend it. Happy holidays...
