September 18, 200817 yr I screwed my hotmail password few days ago and i'm not remember the secrec question answer:D due to long time ago key in. Anyone now how to do who to contact to overide or something ?thank you
September 18, 200817 yr Do you enter an alternate e-mail address when you first setup your hotmail account? If so, go here and fill out the information, after clicking continue select the option to have a password reminder sent to your other e-mail address. If you don't then I'm not sure if there is anything you can do.
September 18, 200817 yr Author yeah i fill up another e-mail address SAME ONE it was 9-10 years ago anyway smart,sooo no chance to retrieve the address.

September 19, 200817 yr You have no way to prove that you actually own the e-mail address though, that's the point of a secret question and answer. I wouldn't count on them doing much for you. I tried finding a contact us link but that's only for other issues. Lost passwords requests need to use the password reset tool.
