the 9 series sucks i burned out the one i got in 3 days.

i'm not sure you burning one out, equals the 9 series sucks.

I've heard many other people say they're ok.

they over heat easily and all i was playing was world of warcraft which doesnt take that much to run.
All EVGA cards keep really hot with the default fan settings. I installed a 9800 GTX in a friends computer and the default settings had it idling at 60c and loading at 70c+, I installed EVGA Precision and it never gets above 50c now and is still very quiet.

Bull man. 9600GT here in an OC'd system (video card isn't OC, but CPU is) and haven't had any problem with it for months.

Honestly say that i have NEVER burned any component out.. not even with rediculous overclocks on them and standard fans..

Currently running my E6850 on stock cooling at 3.7 ghz, GFX cards are both pushed to the limit as well and neither reaches higher than 60DegC

The one you linked is sold out, but there's another Low Power version for $99.99 after rebate, with free shipping

I bought this the other day, and I think it's great. Doesn't even need the extra power input that most of the cards do these days. Also, I'm assuming that low power = lower temperature.
