June 17, 200916 yr So how many people are pumped about the new iphone 3.0 update tomorrow? Any iphone users around here? Word is the update may be out as early as 3AM EST. They are going to add MMS and some other stuff it should have had long ago but I cant wait. The tething not being ready for ATT customers SUCKS though... I guess they are going to try to milk us for more money. Just wondering if anyone is going to get the 3GS right away two days from now? I think I am going to wait a bit. For you non iphone people they are going to sell the 3G model for as low as $99 which is a great deal!
June 17, 200916 yr I have a iphone myself.. I love it.. Its cool..I dont buy the newer model at the moment.. I have about 3000 pictures on the old one and i have still plenty of space.. Its cool that with OS 3.0 its possible to send MMS..

I do however like the roll over minutes. If verizon ever got the ability to have the iphone on its network...oh BABY! I updated my iphone to the 3.0 firmware and really do not see that big of a deal. I mean the search is nice and copy/paste was a nice new feature. I am a little ticked off that MMS isnt going to work until later this summer nor will tethering. I bet they will jack the price up for tethering and most likely add some new package to get a little more money out of you for texting MMS pics ect. If they do that I may look at moving my iphone to Tmobile. I would need to unlock it but that is no big deal after they jail break 3.0.

June 19, 200916 yr I got an itouch and I just updated it to the latest version 2.2.1. I know a bit late but I wasn't sure about the update because of past experiences it doesn't always turn out good, best to wait until it's been out for awhile and there hasn't been problems with the update. :peace:
June 20, 200916 yr I have updated the IPhone OS to Version 3.0. Now MMS is perfectly working here in Switzerland.
