I have never been able to shut the loading screen music off thru the options does anyone know how to edit the program to shut it off?

Yes, under audio turn the music volume down to 0.

make sure u apply the changes before leaving the options

Frit I've done it several times, I know how it works, but it does not work.

it works just fine cuz i have mine turned off that way.
