I was reading a few of the pages below about the unlocks and does anyone know if these are for multiplayer? Like the better vehicle armor and the alternate fire for the tank seem like it would be a little unbalanced for players that didn't have them.

They are usually things you can get pretty easily anyway. The people who dont pre-order should be able to get them pretty quickly.
