March 27, 201016 yr This is not too impressive this card packs some serious heat and power consumption i'm not sure about this one. Plus the GPU is for a better word defective it won't operate at the full 512 cores just 480. Probably due to a heat issue. Anyone getting this card will probably have to go to a water cooling setup just to keep their entire system from overheating. What this means for me is i will probably stick with my GTX280 and wait for the revision. The card has potential but i'm just not ready to heat up my system that much. The price point should be lower with only an average 15% increase over the 5870 it should be closer to $400 not $500.
