For the fastest possible turnaround, make sure to use these steps: 1. Go to http://support.ea.com and click on "Contact Us" at the left. 2. Login the same way you would on the forum. 3. Choose your platform and Battlefield Bad Company from the list. 4. For Category, choose "My Account" and then "Account Merging". 5. Include all the information requested where it says "Describe Your Issue" as well as any details that may help us in setting up your accounts. 6. Click "Finish and Save" when you're done. You should get a reply with about 24 hours, but if you update your ticket before you get a response it may reset your place in the queue.
