ok i need help it was three days ago then i started FA and a window came and it was writen that your cd key is registerd to a other user then all my games dissapier then i installed all my games again then it worked but every time i start steam it happends??? :evil:

Ok guys I have been talking to a guy that works for Valve. I was VERY MAD about this. You guys are not the only one. It is being worked on from what I understand. I can actually get on and play now but my steamid is changed. Anyway try it now and let me know if you still cant play. I will give you some contact info.from what I have been reading in the valve support forums this is a big problem and may be why people are switching a lot servers back to won. I had a legit key and everything but I couldnt play....man I was mad!

Ok guys they have turned the steam key validation off because of some many problems but when it comes back online and you have made more than one email address you will not be able to play but on the first one or atleast that is what they told me. The problem was the first one I created did not work and the one they told me to use was the last one. At any rate if you are having this problem please contact Taylor Sherman ( TaylorS@valvesoftware.com ) and he may can get you fixed.

Well I am not so sure norm.... I had it on my old yahoo email address and it didnt like that one either. For some reason when they wiped all the beta testers emails well it didnt wipe them off so.....I had to go back to my email address when I was beta testing steam. Taylor said that is without question the one I will need to use. He said he doesnt understand why it wasnt taken off but it wasnt. Anyway I tried it and got to play tonight...so one more STEAMID but I can play yet again.
