Featured Replies

is there any way to comvert the demos to avi format?? if so pls tell me it will help a lotthx
-going54]ok i will try that but will that convert .dem to .avi??

yes

videomach certainly does. You'll need heaps of hdd space though.

and ive heard some folk making movies with fraps if you check out the fa forums cinema section.

just to let you know ,that full version of fraps is 30.00 dollars and free version only records for 15 seconds , with a wait 15 of seconds in between each movie you make

i need that coz i am making a movie and adobe premier doesnt support .dem.. BTW whats fa cinema url?
I bought fraps, and i LOVE IT. I wask playing around with it in TA. I usually record demos, then convert to avi then to mpg then to a DVD or VCD. Fraps is totally user friendly compared to VideoMach. VideoMach you have to write a whole bunch of bitmaps to one avi.

instead of avi is there anyway to chg them to any other formats?? like bmp or mpeg.. coz i already have the demos i want for the movie...
Well you have to convert them to Avi, before you get them to mpeg. BMPs are simple, just take a screenshot of what your looking at.

If you truly need help with demos and what not you can ask me in real time outside of this forum.

I actually just finished making a movie with fraps, if you guys would like to check it out.

This was the original thread I made in the FireArms mod forums.
