Well nearly free........ this article was posted in June but I know someone that was still able to trade her iPhone 3GS in and received $196 toward her new iPhone 4 which cost $199. So basically you get the new iPhone for three bucks!!!

 

She also found out they offered her $119 for a older 3G.
