O I C! It is the cartiticaomatro entering a pre-mackasan stage. All you need to do is get 100,000 jiga-watts into your comp. That will reverse the polar intraiceps causing a nurtalized hartoplicare. Easy.naaaaaa...just joking. I don't know anything. Let someone else figure out. That might have to be looked at though. It could be a virus, so scan it, if you haven't already.

Do not have CD on when you start Steam.Start CD after you start Steam.Make sure you have CD 2.7 now as well.If CD is NOT required.......do not have it on.

Modified system errors mean you're running something or have modified some half-life files that CD considers cheats.Post what error code you receive, which you can then check with united admins and see what the code stands for.

I have had that and it was b/c CD was on and not needed.It can however be because of what you said.

now i can play fa again but its ugly as hell my weapons got blue spots. what do you think maby its better to reinstal every thing or somebody knows something a solution

I would reinstall your videocard drivers. Latest version.If that does not work then reinstall the full version of FA 2.8.

i have reinstalled every thing also my videocard drivers. games like maxpayne 2 and call of duty work just fine. firearms works to but its still ugly as hell and i cant change my video setting in firearms to D3D and 1600 to 1200. normally i could change to that settings

never mind guys i can play again. when i reinstalled every thing it was still ugly.i got a radeon 9700 pro and i changed the opengl setting en voila. i will see you at the server.thanks for your help
