November 3, 201015 yr Omelette (in french) = Omelet (in some englished regions). My tasty and delicious omelette: Take you chop onions or take you 2-4 slice onions and fry them or rizoler them made in a frying pan in salted butter or margarine to get chopped onions, browned lightly toasted or "black" on ends. Some people like the onions still munch under the tooth (crunchy)... Take 2-4 eggs you break and pour into a large bowl and mix the yolk and white together: salt, pepper (white and black), add spices: paprika, curry, saffron, cumin and oregano ... Add the egg mixture into the pan browned onions on top with a spatula occasionally bring the edge to the center of the omelet to cook inside the circle on the edge of the pan. In the mixture of omelette you can also add some thyme. Some like it sticky, slimy or full cooked... Serve hot with French bread (baguette française) or fresh bread... Bon appetite, is a treat. Egidio.
