To properly install the BF2 games follow exactly these instructions:

 

Install all BF2 games (BF2, BF2:SF) and install patch 1.41 and install also the PunkBuster program.

 

Do NOT launch your games.

 

Now, install the patch 1.50

 

Make the PB update.

 

In sticky http://www.thearmory.cc/forum/showthread.php?27496-Battlefield-2-Update-1.50-Alt-Tab-Fix is added the ALT+TAB Fix problem .DLL = downlaod it and install it before to launch your game.

 

Launch BF2:SF each time for to solve the problem of bf2 USA menu.

 

When you launch the game = you will notice that no more the DVD is requested in the cd/dvd reader...

 

You will notice also the BF:EF + BF:AF is FREE and has been added to your hdd.
