December 29, 201015 yr Author yes now this one is a collective pitch this is a whole different story on flying it. 200% harder to handle. thanks for fixing the link
December 29, 201015 yr O yea, I had the Blade CP, and extra parts from the Pro. Its alot harder to handle but, the real reason behind that is because there are separate motors for the main and tail rotors. It causes too much of a differential in speed between the rotors and makes it harder to keep a direction. I prefer the 1 motor with a gearbox it keeps the ratios right. But this one will make you a better R/C pilot... Or piss you off so bad you'll sell them. Just know the Blade is a real pain to fly, when you get frustrated, remember in this case its the model not you.
December 29, 201015 yr Author After we can fly these well we are going to get good ones bit these will do for now and they are cheap to repair
December 30, 201015 yr Author Not in the near future the electrics are so advanced today there is really no reason to go to gas. And if I had one that big I would be tempted to air lift the dog or daughter.
December 30, 201015 yr The .30 size choppers aren't that big, besides those rotors are really dangerous. Gas is cool but a pain to keep them tuned.
