When you install display drivers for Nvidia.The default antialiasing is set at 2.This means it can really slow down a slow to moderate system.Go to your display properties and turn off antialiasing.!!!!!!!Display, Settings, Advanced, The type of card "TAB", Direct 3d and look for Antialiasing.
