I've been working for a bit now, operating HD Equipment doing road work. Have not been on much lately.

Was at my Bros... house and he showed me his 04 Harley Davidson Duece he bought last week for $14500.00.

It has so many extras on it, I almost got sick looking at it. The fella who owned it put a shit ton of money into it.

It has been done. Even has the Baker 6 speed trans... Just the chrome upgrades and steel belted cables are not cheap. I think he got a hell of a deal.

96" and that frontend are just, no words can explain it.

What do you think??

That last picture isn't a Deuce. That is a CVO Screaming Eagle Edition Duece FXSTDSE2.

Problem is, it doesn't have original paint. They did change the forks to inverted chrome forks which is nice. If you are talking American Currency, I would say he paid to much.

Was it wrecked? If it was originally a CVO, it is missing a lot of CVO parts. Get me a VIN number and I can run a history and tell you more about the bike. I don't think it is a CVO model. I think it is just a reguler FXSTD. Which is still pretty cool.

There is a neat history to that style

So yeah I really like that style for a little bit more, he could of bought my 2014 FXSB. I want the new 2017 Street Glide with the 107 Motor!

2004 Harley-Davidson FXSTDSE2 Screamin' Eagle Softail Deuce

FXSTDSE2 Screamin' Eagle® Softail® Deuce™ Model Overview

Built on the framework of a Softail Deuce, the FXSTDSE2 has been painstakingly crafted by Harley artisans with accessories that go together like brush-strokes on a canvas. Combine a fat chrome handlebar, a custom headlight and riser cover, custom leather seat and pillion with chrome inserts, Detonator™ three spoke custom wheels and matching rotors and sprockets, dual front discs brakes, and lowered front and rear suspension set this bike apart from the rest. A custom Candy Cobalt and Starlight Black or Yellow Pearl and Platinum Mist paint job bares its soul with a deep luster carried right down to the color-matched frame, accented with complementing pinstripes and "Harley-Davidson" script that stretches across the tank. The look isn't all that makes the FXSTDSE2 unique. Only a limited number of these will ever be produced. But don't set aside a spot in the museum for this bike just yet. Every one of the 1550ccs in its Twin Cam engine demand that you take it out on the road. The fuel injected Big Bore Twin Cam 95 cubic inch powertrain, finished in gleaming Silver and Chrome, provides the power you crave, right from the factory.
