Constant disconnects during gameplay!

Problem:

 

Hello i don't have the best internet but i have around 30 ping most the time playing battlefield and manage to get into a game every time but at a random point before the game ends i get disconnected to the main menu and the massage saying i have lost connection to ea servers, i press connect and instantly connect again and jump back into a game just to repeat the process.

This constant disconnecting only happens on battlefield 

 

Solution:

 

I have tried everything that EA recommends me to do. And more than that.

Have been working on this for almost three weeks now.

But last night i took my computer to a friend with a diffrent ISP and it worked fine!

So now my ISP is looking into it.
