DrDisrespect's stream footage of CoD WWII gameplay. Yeah I know Doc is a tad out there but hey I was interested in the gameplay footage not dome over the top streamer. On first glance my initial take was well damn they reskinned BF1. Not entirely sure if that's a compliment yet. Gameplay looks about the same. Graphically it seems to be on par with BF. If anything it shows the direction DICE / EA are taking with BF, which has since it inception been completely different from CoD, and that concerns me greatly. Anyway here's the footage.

 

The graphics didn't look great but it may have been just the streams that I was watching yesterday. I'll probably pick it up on the PC for something else to play. No more wall jumping or jet packs which is good.

The COD4 I know was an awesome game. Most of the "then" Armory members played it too and we had a lot of fun with it.

 

But no version that came out since then resembled COD4, and although I own all the COD games up to COD7, I gave up on it because of all the cheaters and ACTIVISION's response to all the players complaints: "YOU DONT LIKE IT fu*k OFF" we got your money suckers. Too bad people still buy this game, I wish these people would just get bankrupt for the way they run a business with total disregard to paying customers.

After COD Black ops, Activision came out and said "they do not care about the PC market" I gave up. AS most PC players. If you get the game, do not purchase any DLC because there will be no servers to play it on as well as people to play with.

 

Until Activision changes how they feel about the PC market, I will not buy any games produced by activision.

It was awesome, I was merely saying that the new one feels exactly like playing a game that is ten years old, not much has changed in this new one!

But Rogue they changed the game engine. I would still play the game if it felt like COD4. But it doesnt. COD4 was fluid and much slower than what is happening now. Not to say that we had dedicated servers. Oh well they broke it.

Kinda like the current dev team on BF1. Pulled an Axlerod this weekend and uninstalled it. Better uses for the drive space.
