As of Nov 20, the penalty for early leaving a match was reduced significantly.  Due to numerous player complaints, the new rules for incurring a match leave penalty are below.  I've also included the Ubisoft forum post link which further outlines some of the Update 1: Interference patch changes (e.g., exact HP changes, Sniper changes).

 

-Leaving 6 matches early in a 2 hour period will now incur a server-issued "time out" penalty (was 5 matches over 12 hours).

 

-The new length of the "time out" penalty is 1 hour (was 4).

 

-Ubisoft is reserving the right to change the rules based on more data/feedback.
