If nothing works, get a bigger hammer... it may not help fixing problems, but it sure can make one feel better.If i remember correctly, runtime errors are lib-related errors. If reinstalling the program wont work, You may have to see which system libraries are corrupted... and reinstall the system altogether....

Runtime error is software related i think. No hardware issues here, except maybe for BIOS. The only thing that comes to my mind is corrupted software then.But the real experts should reply... wonder why nobody has yet...
