troops just found 35 FRENCH made roladn SAMs at the bagdad airport. To think, it might have been one of those missles that knocked out our FA 18 a few days ago. I hope Chirac burns in hell.... or at least loses the next election along with that backstabber Villepin. Ugh, im so disgusted with them, pacifism is ok if you have good reason but this, this is just sick. :x

Sorry to inform you of this Flak........but there are some weapons that the Iraqi's have that we made. That we probably sold them awhile ago. It is sad.....but France doesn't want us to go in because of that I'm most assured.....it's probably only propaganda but......as the French say."C'est la vie"

hmm welll the u.s did supply some weapons actaully, to get back at iran. But those weapons included out dated assault rifles;, Their tanks, and primary weapons are mostly old soviet ones left over. From Soviet occupation.

Thats not the olny reason they dont want war. i didnt know about the missles but france has a lot of commercial intrests in iraq. they sell them night vision weapons etc and russia is in on it to. both the countries get lots of money out of this deal.

sigh yes we supported iraq 17 YEARS ago, i know, and i WILL NOT exscuse our actions, same with bin laden, times have changed though. And these roland SAMs are a lot newer than 17+ years old. IM sure there are also other reasons, im not that naive, its just that this particular find sickened me. Especially since its probably in violation of the very UN resolutions france has been bitching about.

I'd also like to state that betting down on the french cause french weapons were found in Iraq is pretty low...America put Saddam IN POWER and SUPPYLED him AMERICAN WEAPONS.So it's like humanity making machines...and the machines coming back to bite us
