Gamers Gate has Rocksmith 2014 Remastered with the anniversary DLC pack for stupid cheap. You will still need a guitar/bass and the Real Tone Cable but this is the lowest Ive seen this yet so if you are considering it or even thinking about it 12 bucks is a small investment towards that end.
