Update came on for servers that has changed ea term of service agreement.

 

You can no longer kick or ban a player over race, religion, or sex from your rented server.

 

Violation can get your server shut down and your account removed with no refund.

Never could actually. Those are protected classes. That said you can kick for racist, sexist, or religious harassment / intolerance so its pretty much the same. I dont see why anyone would kick someone because of what race they were nor what god they prayed to or if the had a pecker or not. Just seems kinda well.. fucked.

I don’t see how that’s even enforceable, something like that is very hard to prove. Is that a sign though BFV will have RSP at some point? There’s not much talk about it.
