The developers of WW3 posted their Devlog this weekend for the first time. It explains their mission and what went wrong (master servers were overwhelmed). They are beginning to lay out their road map for this game. This includes a patch this week, one later this month and one in December. They also included how to report cheaters and that they are actively banning people.
