February 27, 200421 yr Hmmm..... Call me crazy or old-fashioned, but maybe it was the fact that the cubs gave up like 9 runs in one inning that contributed more to the loss than a fan interfering with a ball. I've been a big cubs fan all my life, but I've never heard of this curse before last year. My theory? If a cursed team were to play an entire series without sucking, they would break the curse. If they started sucking, then they would still have the curse..... the curse of sucking.

Banks and Santo would roll their eyes at you! I watched that ball be shocked to death last night. 7:32 pm central. It was pretty cool, too!
