March 6, 200422 yr i hate this error especially after you just left the game to go to the bathroom or to go get something to drink. You come back expecting to be able to join in where you left off then boom this comes up. Did I ever mention this"Steam you got to love it".
March 6, 200422 yr I had the Exact same problem at the exact same time as you. I just did the routine delete of the blob file, and restart. Presto! Yah, Steam is great isn't it?
March 6, 200422 yr Before quit Steam.After, you do to delete the "ClientRegistry.blob" file in the "C:\programfiles\steam\" folders.Run Steam program, it will update your "ClientRegistry.blob" file by a new one.All done.Egidio.
