I have to install steam in a friend and when I launch it, after the update it says to me to start again another time bus steam and inalienable.on advise BTD I have to erase "CLIENTREGISTRY.BLOB", but after the update according to it told me the same thing help me.....WhiteTiger.

Steam may just be offline. Try again later.If that does not happen then reinstall Steam

We will try something new.

I waited for days for validate number from them in email, then changed the email for it to send to and code came to that new email address.

and ofcourse you reboot after every install or uninstall and run win doctor and disk doctor like norton utilities or "fix-it"
