March 26, 200421 yr Well, I have been making some clips from gameplay, because im in the making of a movie for FA.I have about 7 clips right now, all near/over 30 seconds.I use FRAPS to record my gameplay, but my question is why is my 30 second clip 256 mb?im not going to give out a 3gig movie.is there any possible way i can REDUCE that by... alot?P.S.I used 20fps
March 26, 200421 yr The clips are recorded uncompressed. Basically, since you used 20 fps, there are 20 frames in a second, meaning 20 images per second. Higher quality video takes more space. After you edit it and save your full movie you'll notice its alot smaller.
