anyway, volkswoot caught cheating. i've already pm'ed mac about trying to get his IP, if anyone with access to that info could drop me a line and maybe help speed things along (pm on TA or FA forums) i would really appreciate it.

exactly ive always had a really good feeling that he was up to something, expecially playing numerous maps with him m79 me and knowing exactly where im at all the time, it just common sense and really obvious that hes hacking when youve played with him so long

the oberland demo was from last night, i believe CD was off, and yes, all of this stuff happened on The Armory server :/

Mainly because Mac PM'd me the roster, and his name was on the roster..

No No Das I was talking about OUR roster here on our site.I dont get into the match thing...That is what I was talking about I dont know how or why he was listed on the FAL Roster.

Volks have just place a join request but he NEVER was a TA member.

I dont usually say anything in game, or on the forums, purely because it IS so hard to prove, but me and a few other admins playing on TA a couple of times noted some of his more "dubious" kills (M82 through a wall etc) with a where the hell did that come from, or a wth, somethings wrong there.

AZN, he played recording a normal dem, then applied the wallhack whilst watching the demo, its possible as it uses teh same engine to render the demo that it does to see what you see "in game"

AZNTWON5, read his thread in the FA forum. It was one given with to the FAL admins to catch cheaters. He said in one of his threads he did a demo then run the open_gl

I belive all the FAL admins have the same version of the wallhack; and believe me, it's much more of a pain-in-the-ass in the 70% transparency than helping you. 3nf doesn't wall hack - it's recorded from a demo; not live in-game.

Good job 3NF, on getting the proof about volkswoot being a hacker. It's such a shame to find out it's all true about volkswoot but I did wonder sometimes in gameplay how he could know were you (any FA players) are in the game. I would like to know why volkswoot had to stoop so low and use a cheat to play a game where other people play to have fun and try to get kills by playing the game fairly. To get good at playing FA it takes practice after practice after practice. That's how most players are good at FA. As the saying goes "Practice makes perfect"

ah, yeah, i only used the wallhack while watching the demo. but this is what one looks like so you can understand why it gives an advantage to players who use it in game like volkswoot. also, the reason i was looking in his direction is becasue i knew he was up there. i spent like 5 min of that round just running around looking in his general direction so i could go back over it later and see where he was looking and firing.hope that clears it up
