Jeudi, le dernier passage de la LEN at dfinitivement valid par le Snat. Entre en action en juin de cette loi qui n'a pas fini de faire parler d'elle... surtout dans les tribunaux. Ce qu'il faut retenir de cette ide fumeuse de nos dputs.

 

- Les hbergeurs et les fournisseurs d'acc?s vont devoir renforcer le contr?le exerc sur les contenus transmis et stocks chez eux. Ils devront lutter contre la pdophilie sur Internet, l'incitation la haine raciale et d'apologie de crimes contre l'humanit.

 

- Les hbergeurs et les fournisseurs d'acc?s doivent proposer un dispositif "accessible et visible" permettant de signaler toutes drives chez l'hbergeur concern.

 

- Les sites de commerces lectroniques voient leur responsabilit largie ? l'ensemble de la chane de vente. Comprenez de la commande la fourniture du bien. Si une banque, un prestataire de service intervient dans cette chane, la boutique reste responsable.

 

- Pour les spams, pardon les publicits envoyes alors que vous avez laiss votre mel quelque part. Les professionnels du marketing direct, vont devoir optimiser leurs mels en mode opt-in. En gros comprenez qu'un site doit mettre une case cocher afin de savoir si son adresse peut servir la rception de publicit.

 

- Un internaute, entreprise, ... pourra dposer une plainte contre un propos qu'elle considre diffamatoire. Le dlais de trois mois dans la presse crite, n'a plus court sur le web. Donc si je me traite de gros nul en 2004, je pourrai encore me poursuivre en 2040.

 

- Il est dsormais illgal de dtenir un virus sans motif lgitime.

Le Parti Socialiste, qui s'est rveill bien tard face cette loi qui sommeille depuis 16 mois, a annonc un recours devant le Conseil constitutionnel. Un effet d'annonce qui ne fera pas bouger grand chose. Lancement de la bte, en juin 2004.

No time limit for this. Example : if someone tells in 2004 than I'm a "stupid lamer", I can take this guy to court in 2040...- the e-shops got now responsability upon every moment of the sells. In fact, from the moment you order the buy to the moment you receive the product. If a bank or any other extern group takes part in the sell and if there is a problem, the e-shops is responsible.That's for the main points. I've just read few other things on this LEN, it seems to be not so terrible after all. Few changes have been made. But this law still cannot be very usefull and still reduces some liberty...Well I fear this is a political post... sorry if is one.

Under this Law it's another text which talk about reduce the upload (which is unlimited actually), so limit the game online.

this thread isnt political, i beleive greece has teh harshest laws concerning video games, hence this LEN.. you are not allowed to play them (or at least FPS/violent that i know for sure) games. and this law is just that. Try enforcing this law tho... i would like to see that,
