May 18, 200421 yr Since I have nothing better to do while waiting for a call, I've decided to give some logs/stories of what happens in my cubicle. This is all true stories, I'll post more in a bit when I find the funny ones. System is not communicating. 05/12/2004 is last transmission Ran netmeeting, came back with unable to reach dial services, did not reboot yet. Told her to check the phone line connected to the system, apparently she pulled on the wrong cord, and disconnected me. Thermal printer was not printing labels, customer did not have a billing option selected, still did not print, customer was trying to ship to the zip 95750 which is an invalid zip, customer insisted that it was correct, searched www.usps.com and FedEx zip database, both confirmed this was incorrect, reverse lookup via address display 95758 as the correct one. Gave reference number for call.
May 18, 200421 yr Author Customers thermal printer had stopped printing correctly, gap sensor was broken, tech that looked at it could not fix it, told customer to phone us for a replacement. Upon entering account, displayed 2 systems, situation was a little confusing as they had 2 HW systems listed, but one was installed by the customer off a CD which would qualify as a SWO system. Contacted CDN T2, explained problem, they did not hesitate to fill out a tech ticket to replace the thermal printer.
